Bentonite clay originates from volcanic ash that has been aged and has been used for centuries to treat many things.

It is made up of natural minerals such as calcium, magnesium, and iron, with its unique composition the clay, attracts and draws out dirt as well as toxins on the skin. It can also create a barrier between skin and potential irritants. Bentonite clay is ideal for oily and acne-prone skin as the clay works to absorb excess sebum.

It can also be used as a hair cleanser and softener; a bentonite clay hair mask can be used by mixing the clay with water and applying it to the scalp covering your hair all the way down to the tips. Leave on for 5 to 10 minutes and rinse off for cleaner, softer hair.

Our Bentonite clay can be used as a mask or a cleanser. All you need is water, add a few drops to the clay and mix to get a clay paste. You can decide how thick or thin you want your mask by how much water is added. Leave it on for 10 minutes then rinse off.
