I’m usually hesitant to use soap bars on my face as I find them super drying, but I haven’t had that experience with this soap. Paired with my Konjac sponge this soap lathers really well, removes makeup and cleanses without leaving your face feeling dry. It’s fresh and the scent doesn’t overpower you which is great for sensitive skin as well.

I'm a sucker for facial mud masks. But this one tops it all. And the best part is that it has so many different products you can choose from and be versatile.

I love this set! I enjoy mixing up my own masks to suit my skincare needs, and the sample kit comes with a facial soap and a facial oil as well, which I like. It’s super easy, not as messy as you’d expect, and it’s gentle and effective.

Skin Care Tips regarding Facial Oil

Many people feel like Facial Oil is a bit daunting. But at MudMask we will ease you into the idea of applying oils to your face! That’s why our sample kit includes 2.5ml!

The secret to amazing results when using facial oil is that you need to apply it as soon as you’re done cleansing and exfoliating.

Here are the steps we use when using this Mud Mask product:

  1. Remove all make-up with the MudMask Activated Charcoal and Tea Tree Facial Soap.
  2. Apply Clay Mask. (Clay mask gently exfoliates your skin, without damaging it)
  3. Wash off clay mask with luke-warm water to open pores.
  4. Gently pat the face dry.
  5. Apply 3-4 facial oil drops to the skin (cheeks, forehead, and chin). Gently massage the facial oil in with your fingertips.

Why do we suggest using it as mentioned above?

You always want to apply a facial oil on clean, exfoliated skin. Furthermore, ideally, you want to make sure your pores are open when applying facial oil.

Being fresh out of the shower is the ideal time, as the steam/hot water from the shower will automatically open up your pores.

Open pores readily absorb most of the valuable goodness in Oil!
